Abraham has a 2016 Toyota Tacoma that he bought new in 2016. After his purchase, he received a letter from MyRoadArmor offering him an extended warranty on his vehicle. Camelia has a 2013 Chevy Malibu. After her factory warranty expired in 2016, she decided that it would be prudent to keep some kind of coverage for her car. Cassandra has MyRoadArmor coverage on her 2015 Chevrolet Equinox. She filed a claim last June for nearly $3000 but can’t remember what it was for. Regardless, she says that she has always had a great experience with MYROADARMOR. She doesn’t plan to buy another vehicle and intends to keep coverage with MYROADARMOR on her Equinox because, as she states, she is a “firm believer” in having an extended vehicle warranty. The only issue she’s ever had with MYROADARMOR she describes as a small thing. She needed to use the emergency services to get a tow and called MYROADARMOR to do so and there was some confusion with the number she dialed and it took a while before I realized it and called the right phone number and they were there within 10 minutes of that call. However, other than that, she says that she would absolutely recommend the company and believes that what MYROADARMOR covers is better than a factory warranty.

Charles purchased a pre-owned 2006 Mustang GT with 11k miles in 2009. He promptly purchased extended warranty coverage. One day the AC unit failed. So he took the car to a repair shop and showed his warranty ID card, the shop then made the claim and the car was repaired the same day. Charles simply paid his $100 deductible. Danny purchased a 2005 Nissan Quest for use as his personal work vehicle. Being self-employed, he relies on his vehicle to get him all over the U.S. He broke down on the i80 turnpike, had the car towed to a shop. After the repairs were done and paid for, he promptly made a claim and was reimbursed “fairly quickly”. He says he will be getting more coverage for his other vehicles. Although he was under the impression the claims line was 24/7, he says he's happy with prompt reimbursement for his claims. Although trip interruption was provided, he chose not to use it. He says he is “very happy” that all claims have been reimbursed. Says he was skeptical at first, but once the first claim was paid promptly, all skepticism was gone.

David purchased a 2007 Cadillac Escalade EXT pre-owned. He purchased extended warranty coverage the day the factory warranty expired. One day he was driving to work and noticed some electrical issues, it turns out the alternator failed. He towed it to the dealership to have the vehicle repaired. He made “1 call to MyRoadArmor” and the vehicle was repaired the same day. David says “if you have a car, you better get an extended warranty”. David would also like to note that he once was late on his premium payment to MyRoadArmor, but he says they worked with him and didn't make a big deal about the situation.

Deandre had an electrical issue with his vehicle and had a positive experience with the company. In fact, he wanted to get a new policy with them and was happy I called and reminded him of that.

Deborah purchased a new 2011 Volkswagen TC R-Line. At the end of the factory warranty, she promptly purchased extended warranty coverage from MyRoadArmor. Ed used his 2014 GMC Sierra pick up truck mainly for work. He drives all around the country going as far west as California and as far east as Florida. His truck is vital to his job. At one point, he started to notice minor vibrations in his transmission and before long, the vibrations got so bad that he had no choice but to take it into a shop. He took his truck to Eagle Transmission down the street from his house. The problem was in the torque converter and he was able to get a new one. Veronica helped her mother with the claim process for her 2014 Chevrolet Equinox. The A/C in her vehicle stopped working properly. The fan would work but it was only blowing hot air. Veronica took her mother’s car to the dealership so she could utilize their shuttle service. The techs told her that she would have to pay for the diagnosis if it turned out that the car repair would not be covered under her MyRoadArmor warranty. Fortunately, the issue was with the cooling evaporator which was a part replacement that would be covered. She did not have to pay for the diagnosis or repair. Additionally, MyRoadArmor was also able to secure a car rental for Hermelinda. She didn’t need to use it often due to the quarantine, but Veronica seemed happy that they had that option. It only took a day or two to approve the repair and altogether a week to get the car back.

John noticed the check engine light came on in his 2007 Suzuki XL-7. He then took the car to the dealership for a diagnostic test, the dealer determined that the timing chain had stretched which then caused some sensors to detect the failure. Kevin purchased a used 2014 Chrysler 300 S (V8) with 28k miles. He had some of the factory warranty coverage but when that expired, he promptly purchased extended warranty coverage for peace of mind. Kevin says he experienced an issue with one of the computers that controls the AM/FM stereo system, he took the car to the dealership and they handled the claims process from start to finish. Kevin has used the extended warranty coverage to have multiple batteries replaced in his vehicle. He says each battery claim, he was given $100 credit towards the cost. Kevin says “I keep the warranty ID card in the car and the dealer does the rest”. Kevin would also like to note that once he experienced a temporary job loss, MyRoadArmor worked with him on extending the premium payment. “They worked with me on the payment when I lost my job”.

Kevon purchased a used 2005 Toyota Avalon. When the A/C unit failed, he made a claim and said the process was simple and easy. When he purchased the extended warranty coverage he was not skeptical about it. He says that he likes that there were no hidden fees. He says purchasing extended warranty is a must when buying a used vehicle.

Linda filed two claims on her 2007 Honda CR-V but doesn’t remember what they were for. She has had coverage with MYROADARMOR for 3-4 years and thinks it might be about time for her to renew her contract. She works with elderly and disabled people in their homes. Marlo and her boyfriend have a 2014 Chevy Traverse and a S80 Volvo. Both are covered under policies with MyRoadArmor. Last March, they needed to replace the transmission in the Traverse because it had over 175,000 miles on it. They were able to get a used one with only 70,000 miles put in. She said that they realized they needed to take the car into the shop when they felt the transmission slipping and making a sound. Melynda had just finished running errands and was driving back to her house when suddenly her tired popped. She was far from home and she didn't know if she was going to get any reception to call for help.The mechanic informed her that he would make the claim on her behalf with MyRoadArmor and she would not have to do anything. Michael had a 2014 Ram 2500 pick up and last August, his check engine light came on. When he took it in, he was told that there was a cylinder misfire and the entire engine needed to be replaced. Nathaniel purchased a used 2015 dodge Durango. When the power steering system failed, he promptly took it to the dealer to diagnose the issue. From there, the dealer took care of the claims process and Nathaniel paid the $100 deductible. He says purchasing extended warranty coverage was “the best decision I ever made”. He goes on to say it was a “wise choice”. He recommends anyone who has a car to “not go at it alone”. He would highly recommend getting extended warranty coverage from MyRoadArmor. He said he was skeptical about it at first, but after the initial claim was made and paid, he felt peace of mind.

In her own words: “I had an issue with the suspension system on my 2010 Mazda 5 the summer of 2017, shortly after signing up for a warranty with MyRoadArmor. Ronald bought a 2011 Chrysler 200 Convertible brand new. He purchased new car extended coverage at the time. Since then, he had various issues with the vehicle such as convertible motor, engine, AC parts, radiator, etc. Ronald says each time the car was taken in for repairs, the dealer filed the claims process and he didn't have to talk to MyRoadArmor. He says all he had to pay out of pocket was his $100 deductible. He feels he has been “treated well”, as a current customer. Ronald says he believes everyone should have extended coverage even if the vehicle is new. Ronald also owns a 2019 Toyota Rav4 Hybrid AWD. He is 77, with a wife and 3 adult daughters and 9 grandchildren.

Scott has a 2013 Ram 2500. He’s filed two claims with MyRoadArmor. The first one, in 2019, he had to replace two drive shafts, the front and back end, and the ball joint. In June of this year, the knock sensors went out and had to replace those. He has had positive experiences with MyRoadArmor. He looks at having coverage with them like having health insurance. He received a mailer and usually doesn’t trust third party companies, but he made the decision to call and sign up and is glad he did. As he puts it, “I would have been in deep you know what”. He has five other cars all under the factory warranty and is considering more contracts with MyRoadArmor when those warranties expire.

When Terrence’s son went to attend grad school in California, studying clinical psychology, he took his 2012 VW Jetta with him. While there, the four-year factory warranty on his car ran out and Terrence wanted to make sure he would still be covered while living in another state. Terrence did some research online and found MyRoadArmor. The reviews were mainly positive and that convinced him that purchasing a policy with MyRoadArmor was the right move. Will purchased a new 2013 Honda Accord with 5 miles on it. He had also purchased the manufacturer's extended warranty for $4000. When he tried to make claims on that policy, he was denied each time. He then purchased a warranty through MyRoadArmor, which he said he was skeptical at first. His family and friends told him it was a “scam” and to avoid it at all costs. Much to their chagrin, he purchased it anyway. He says “it was the best decision I ever made” He also went on to say, “MyRoadArmor went above and beyond to make the claims process easy” He says, “MyRoadArmor could've easily denied the claims for my tires and brakes, but they paid a percentage of the cost anyway”. Will had window buttons, a starter, tires and brakes fail inspection at a dealer. During the process, he said the dealer took care of the claims process and he didn't have to call them to first get approval. He simply paid his $100 deductible and the repairs were taken care of.
